At Winwin Speciality Insulators (WSI), we are producing and supplying insulators designed for Electrostatic Precipitators (ESPs) used in various industrial applications such as Power plants, Paper mills and Cement industries etc. These insulators are made from special ceramic materials capable of withstanding high DC voltages ranging from  50 kV to 150 kV and operating temperatures between 150°C and 400°C continuously.

Function

The primary purpose of these insulators is to provide electrical insulation between the housing of the ESP and the high DC voltage of 50 kV to 150 kV, applied within the ESP. This insulation is essential to prevent electrical discharge or arcing between the high-voltage components and the grounded housing.

Voltage Range

The insulators are designed to withstand a wide range of DC voltages, from 50 kV to 150 kV. This flexibility allows them to be used in different ESP setups, accommodating various voltage requirements in industrial applications.

Materials

These insulators are made from special ceramic materials. Ceramic materials are known for their excellent electrical insulation properties and resistance to high temperatures. Temperature Range

Application

These insulators are used in ESPs, which are devices employed to remove particulate matter (dust and particles) from exhaust fumes produced by industries such as power generation, paper mills, and cement manufacturing etc. The high-voltage DC field is used to charge and collect the particles on electrode plates within the ESP.
